These terms govern your use of CleanScan Pro. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of your company information. You may invite users to your account and revoke their access at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree to use CleanScan Pro only for lawful proof-of-service activities and to obtain any consents needed to collect location and photo data at the sites you service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly starting when your 14-day free pilot ends. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from the billing portal. Exceeding your plan location limit requires an upgrade.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Check-in data and photos captured offline sync automatically when a connection returns.
Limitation of liability
CleanScan Pro is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including GPS verification failures, service outages, or disputes over whether a cleaning job was completed.
